local area meeting schedules, maintaining a telephone answering
machine, and by providing email and phone contact people to
NAWSO for each group (click

• Organize local activities such as retreats, picnics,
marathon meetings and other get-togethers (click

• Perform outreach activities, letting people in their
area know that Nicotine Anonymous exists and where and how
to get in touch with NicA (click here
for the Outreach home page);
• Host World Service Conferences coordinated each year
by a different Intergroup. This is the event where business,
publication, and organizational changes are made and where
members from around the world meet to strengthen the fellowship.
